Our Case of the Month is#9: Pediatric Patient with Limb Movements. This pediatric case involves a young male patient with restless sleep, periodic limb movements and a few central apneas. The module reviews standard recording techniques for children including end-tidal CO2 measurement, as well as the scoring of pediatric sleep studies. Diagnostic criteria for pediatric restless legs syndrome are discussed, as well as comorbidities, effects of psychotropic medication and treatment alternatives.
